Just wanna tell the gals to be careful when they go to the libraries... Especially if you're wearing skirts or low waist jeans tt day...
Just encountered a guy at Bukit Merah lib who didn't look like he was looking for books. He's a tanned middle aged guy wearing a shabby shirt, shorts and slippers with smeared with paint. He appeared slightly ahead of me when I was looking at some books... He was looking ard at the shelves... but I found it strange cos it was the women's self help section, and he didn't seem to be looking at the books.
I also noticed tt he had his handphone in his hands behind him the whole time. I followed him for a short while and saw him bending down quickly to look at the space between a row of bottom shelves... and there were two women wearing skirts sitting on a bench on the other side.
After tt he went to a secluded corner of the lib, opened a big reference book, sat down on the floor and started to look at his hand phone. When he saw me approaching the section, he quickly kept his phone and started looking at the book.
I alerted the librarian, but not sure what happened next cos I borrowed my book and left.
Just sharing with the gals here cos I tink when we're doing homework or reading, we dun really look at the pple walking ard us... Today is the first time I encountered a possible perv in the lib. Do be careful of such pple too when u're at the lib...
